1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or submitting an enquiry, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and over. By engaging with us, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement.

3. Service Description

Tandemly provides educational workshops, facilitation sessions, and documentation support for families. These are non-advisory, process-based services. We do not provide legal, financial, or personal advice of any kind. Our services are available primarily to individuals located in Thailand, particularly the Chonburi region, and are conducted in English.

4. Booking and Engagement

Services are arranged through direct enquiry via our contact form, email, or telephone. Engagement begins upon written confirmation of the service scope and price. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue an engagement if we consider it is not appropriate for a facilitation process, without obligation to explain.

5. User Responsibilities

When engaging with Tandemly's services, you agree to:

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, design, and workshop materials — is owned by or licensed to Tandemly and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute our materials without prior written consent. Workshop handouts and session summaries provided to participants are for personal use only and may not be redistributed commercially.

7. Payment Terms

Pricing for our services is published on our Solutions page and quoted in Thai Baht (฿):

Payment terms are confirmed in writing prior to service delivery. Payment methods include bank transfer. Prices are inclusive of all fees — no additional charges apply unless agreed in writing in advance.

Cancellations and rescheduling: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session may be rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the session price. Completed documentation projects are non-refundable once the final document has been delivered and confirmed.

8. Facilitation Service Terms

Our facilitation sessions are a process service — we facilitate conversation, not outcomes. Tandemly does not guarantee that participants will reach agreement, resolve any dispute, or achieve any specific result. Participation is voluntary throughout. Any party may withdraw from a session at any time. Session content is treated as confidential by Tandemly's team and will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by Thai law.

9. Workshop Terms

Workshop places are confirmed upon payment or written agreement. Pre-reading and preparation materials are provided in advance. Tandemly reserves the right to adjust workshop content to suit group needs while maintaining core curriculum objectives. Participants are responsible for attending on time and for their own travel and accommodation arrangements.

10. Documentation Service Terms

The Shared Plan Documentation service produces a written record of agreements reached by family participants. This document is for the family's personal reference only and does not constitute a legally binding contract. Tandemly is not responsible for the legal enforceability of any content contained in such documents. The family is responsible for reviewing and approving all drafts before the document is finalised.

11. Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an "as available" basis. Tandemly makes no warranties, express or implied, that our facilitation process will produce any particular outcome. We are not a legal service, psychological service, or advisory firm. We do not represent any party in any legal or institutional process.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Tandemly's liability for any claim arising from the use of our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tandemly, its team members, and representatives from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services or your breach of this Agreement.

14. Termination

Either party may end an engagement at any time by giving written notice. Tandemly may terminate an engagement immediately if a participant's conduct is harmful, abusive, or inconsistent with the voluntary and respectful basis of the process. Clauses 8, 11, 12, and 13 survive termination.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be addressed through informal discussion between the parties. If resolution cannot be reached informally within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chonburi Province, Thailand.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
